I, SUSANTA PAL (customer id:[protected] had made the payment of Bill no. [protected] of amount INR. 2824.00 through Bill Desk on 5-Aug-15 against Transaction No. DIDB[protected]. As the receipt was not received before 7-Aug-15 (last date of Bill Payment) I paid the bill amount again by cash. Recently I have received the receipt of the first transaction and now, I have two receipts for the same bill. Please help me to get the money back.
