West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Status of electricity bill payment is showing pending even when bank has send the message of respective amount being debited

Payment of Rs.2872.00 and Rs.3915.00 respectively for the two above mentioned respective Consumer IDs is done to WBSEDCL, using IB Debit Card on 06/04/2021 at respective times of 19:32 and 19:29 IST.
Yet after the respective amounts are debited from our Bank Account, the status of payment to WBSEDCL is yet showing PENDING. We would like to implore to look into the matter as quickly as possible.
