Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring under your notice that I am a registered customer on WBSEDCL portal (Consumer Id:[protected].) and have been trying to pay the electric bill for the September-November 2014 quarter online via the WBSEDCL web portal for nearly one month continuously now but have not been able to pay till date. Whenever I try to click on the select boxes beside the monthly break-up of the bills in the Pay Bills section in WBSEDCL portal none of the boxes gets selected and the payment remains a failure. Even after repeated calls to probably every phone numbers provided on the bills and as informed by the Customer Care executives I have not got any fruitful solution and they bypass my problem and give vague and unrealistic replies. Please take the pain to address my trouble as soon as possible and troubleshoot it so that I can pay my electric bill online as I live far away from my home and going to the Electric Office and depositing is not an easy option to me. Please take necessary steps soon and oblige me.
