Dear Team,

This is to inform to you that I m facing daily power cuts and facing low voltage problem across the day don't know what is the actual reason. When I call (*[protected]*) the electricity department they don't answer my call I m now frustrated with the power cuts and the electricity officers said they don't know why power cut and also argument with me and behaviour issue. He has not accepted any phone during the evening time. As a citizen, I am highlighting my issues and I hope most of the people's are suffering from this issue. There is no proper communication before they cut the power and they cut the power for 7-8 without prior intimation. In today's world where people should get the basic needs these people act carelessly and just provide false promise. They are trying to give power to villages but the fact is they can't even provide properly to big cities themselves. Worst service ever but no doubt its government service which by default will be the worst. I just want to say if you have the power to solve any problems please don't misuse the power.
We are really facing many problems for power cuts and fix the issue immediately basis.

Please audit this call and do the needful and take suitable action against him along with resolve the issue asap.
