West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] Electricity bill already paid but not reflecting in payment receipt

I've paid the electricity bill through Google Pay using the QR code which was given in the bill. The amount was paid on 30th Aug, 2021. But it is not reflecting in the download payment receipt area in wbsedcl site. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Attaching the screenshot of my payment as a proof. I also didn't get any message after completing my payment. It is also showing under pending payments although I've already paid. Kindly refund my amount so that I can pay again from Wbsedcl website. And kindly don't provide the QR code with the bill if it doesn't work.
