Yesterday I faced power cut in my apartment. I called New Town Electricity Office and reported the power cut. Instead of resolving the issue the attendee declined to resolve the issue and misbehaved with me.
I had recharging coupon with me, but there was some issue with the recharging machine due to which it was not accepting the recharging code. I called the electric office requested to send the help. But he attending started shouting on phone (probably the attendee was sleeping during his work time and did not want to be bothered) and disconnected the phone.
In the morning I went to Electricity office, they sent few electrician with me to resolve the issue. They told me that, the machine needed to be replaced and they even told me that the recharging coupon code were wrong.
Again I had to run to electricity office. There I told everything to Station Master (Mr. Shushil, who was smoking in front of the customer me inside the office). He even started shouting at me. Instead of the resolving issue of the customer, these guys preferred to sit under AC room and let the customer suffer. Was this information helpful? |
