Dear Sir, I am I Bikas Chowdhury, Village + Post-Raskundu, West Medinipur and I applied for 17.06.2009, miter No.[protected] Disconnection and application on[protected], while applying for re-connection Amlagara office authority said total 4268.88 rupees till[protected] Fine for previous bill remaining. My last meter reading is 2882 and the fine was generated against 3342 unit which is completely wrong. After that my subdivision is changed to C.k.road they told me to deposit total 5790 rupees, and i deposited that amount. After few days I received a massage of 12711 rupees due to fill. Office said that this is meter charge and fine of after 2009 to till date. I have an discussion receipt when I disconnected, now they are telling that it was not parmanent discussion it was temporary discussion, at that time I had not informed about this difference. After disconnection why they didn't removed the meter? If there is no electricity what should I do with the meter? And why should I pay for meter charge after disconnection.? I applied in 2013 for reconnect ion and no response from the office, they not even told us in 2013 about the fine. I have each and every evidence against above utterance.
This is complete harrasment and illogical bill, my earnest request to you that if you kindly look into this matter and help me with proper resolution i will be thankful to you.
