I have ordered a CDMA mobile phone from Whaaky.com. I had received defective product which is not functioning at all. The details of order and product are: - Company Name Way2online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. Feedback, Information, Business Partnerships etc. [protected]@whaaky.com Order Reference No.: S[protected] dtd. 19/11/2015 16:55:58. Order in the name of : Vishlesh Bairagi Product Ordered: - Samsung CDMA SCH-B229 mobile phone. Value: - Rs 1599 + Shipping Charges Rs 150/- (Total 1749/-) Delivered by: - JAVAS, dtd. 23/11/2015 11:00:00 Consignment No. DELOSDC113923 I tried many time to register my complaint on[protected] the only contact no. available at the companies website, but there was nobody to answer my call. I had mailed the issue on [protected]@whaaky.com through [protected]@gmail.com, but there was no reply for the same. I want to return the product & wants my money back. The customer care no.[protected] of Whaaky.com does'nt responds to the calls made in order to file a complaint against receipt of defective product. On communicating through mail address [protected]@whaaky.com, there was no response.
Whaaky have not communicated till date that they have received back the defective product at there end which was dispatched by me via DTDC Express Ltd. on 26.11.2015 Consignment No. V24895939 in the name of Vishlesh Bairagi.
