[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Defective power bank | |||||
I have ordered a combo of power bank and blue tooth vide order no. Said[protected]. One item samsung make pb was found defective and was not picking up charge. We have informed the company about it and they informed me to despatch defective pb to their vender. They also promised me to despatch the replacement within 8 working days. There is no response from the company and they are not attending phone calls. Please arrange for replacement at the earliest.
