Whirlpool — cooling problem

I Anoj kumar das purched on 27 july 2013 ice magic of 230 L . the machine is not working it does not cool the vegetable box and the water we keep in it.the company has changed the machine on 10 octuber 2013. but the same promble again happen i have complane to the company on 22 april to the end of 18 july 2014 but serives man come and says that i can not make the machine and he touck the machine to the serives center but again the same promblem happen . the whirlphool patna branch incharge pankaj parmar says that he has change the machine now i will not change the machine. and when ever i complaint the coustmer care and they says that your complaint has been close. The serives man does not come to my house and when i am calling coustmer care they says the person shabib alam has come to my house and the updade the complaint with out the satifaction code.The last complaintis on 8 juliy and servives man come on 16 july he repoted that machine is not working and the lower section is 20dec and the name of the person is D. sony if he lies then i have the copy what he as writen. Know i what to my refund back or upgrade my machine to protton 230 L delx and i am suffraing from this and no one leasing for my complaint. if no budy will help me then i will go to consumer cout or G help line.becase the patna branched does not help me. and my add road no 3b1 house no 236f new patliputra colony patna 13 phone no [protected]
