On 6th of July 2022 Whirlpool's Technician came and repaired the single door fridge. He changed the freezer and filled the gas. He charged 3600 excluding 354 amount as a service charge.
He said that cooling will start properly after 3 days but no response. No cooling was made. When the call was made again he didn't pick the call and finally complaint was registered through customer care toll free number of Whirlpool.
Today on 11th of July 2022 no technician came and he technician replied that he is out of station for 14 days.
Again call was made to customer care and got the reply that due to system's updation call after half an hour and repeatedly 4 times calling no positive response.
Now my service charge amount will decay soon and this system will be followed. It would be better If I would call or go to any other Technician, he would come again and again and amount I paid which was 3600 + 354 would be around 2000.
Nonsense and wastage of time and of course money. The very worst service I had and will not recommended to anyone. Not completely satisfied. Was this information helpful? |
