[Resolved] Whirlpool — ice maker | |||
I purchased this refrigerator in dec 2010. The ice maker went out and i had it replaced. I called whirpool to see if i could at least be compensated for the cost of the ice maker. After spending over one hour on hold and speaking with two # who pretended to be concerned i was told that if i had called them before getting the ice maker replaced they would have been able to do something maybe. I wonder what the difference is whether you reimburse me or the service company? I think they have no intention of doing either whether i called them first or not. I was not even sure it was the ice maker anyway. I will never buy another whirlpool appliance. So much for america made. Was this information helpful? | |||
