[Resolved] Whirlpool India — 340 litres double door refrigerator - new purchase | |||
On 7th june 2018 i had purchased whirlpool 340lts fridge, this was delivered on 8th and upon unpacking the doors had dents all over, a complaint (Gb[protected]) was logged same day and i am being told replacement will come in 10-12 working days (Which effectively means 2 weeks), why should i be waiting so long for a brand new product for none of my faults? Will whirlpool wait for getting product payments for such long? If you expect upfront payments then as a customer i expect my product replacement asap. The whole experience of buying and using a new product has gone waste. I really have different views of whirlpool brand now. Can someone get my replacement done asap?
