Dear sir/madam, I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company for last 15 days. I requested for a service for my air conditioner at your balaramapuram service center, on 06.03.2018. But till now nobody has responded to me. My impression of that awful company has been tarnished. I trust this is not the way 'whirlpool' wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
