I brought air conditioner last year april 2017. Withing 6 to 7 months of my purchase ac got repaired. I called customer service for complaint on december 2017. From day on i call them daily for fixing this issue. None of them responded. This is really very bad customer experinece i faced. I feel that i should have not opted wirphool. Going forward i dont suggest my friends to purchase products from wirphool.
