[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Air conditioner installation forgery

I bought this whirlpool air conditioner online for which I called customer care for the installtion. The customer care sent two people, one named Arif (Phn# [protected]) who installed the air conditioner wrong which all messed up making noise and water leaking into my room.

I have tried calling them multiple times for getting this fixed but no response and also they took money from me for installations and other material even when my installation was meant to be free.

I need to get this fixed or will file another complaint to the police for forgery against the technician.

Updated by bansal1988 I had called customer care to raise a complaint and had not received any complaint number for this. This has not been resolved I had to get this done from a local service dealer with personal payments
