[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Air conditioner split | |||
I made complaint regarding non functioning of my A.C. Sr. No. of my AC is KRA[protected]Model No. 11112) AMC amount of Rs. 12422/- was paid by me vide Bill No. 10494 and it exists till 14.07.2017. Now I have made complaints vide CN [protected] dated 15.04.2017 CN [protected] dated 26.04.2017, CN [protected] dated 06.05.2017 CN [protected] dated 06.05.2017 and CN [protected] dated 24.05.2017. Against my complaint the present service Company (Mother's Homecare, Chennai) attended and replaced the Indoor Unit for a cost of Rs. 8500/- vide Bill No. 4466 dated 27.05.2017. This is against my rights. While warrant is still available they have charged Rs. 8500/- The MRP of Indoor Unit is only Rs. 8100/- Why they have penalised me even my AC is under AMC. Kindly see that the amount paid by me for replacement o[censored]nit is refunded Was this information helpful? | |||
