[Resolved] Whirlpool India — bad support. bad product. bad services | |||
My name is parth and i am from gandhinagar. I've purchased 2 x 1.5ton ac of whirlpool on 22/04/2017. After installation one of the ac having gas leakage problem and cooling was not working at all. I've registered a support request about it and it took approx 2 weeks & 4 to 5 phone calls to get resolved. Ref: Support request on 20/5/2017 - "no cooling related" Support reference - ah[protected] Visiting date / resolved on : 9/6/2017 * this year again same problem.. "ac with no cooling" * Ref: Support request on 19/1/2018 Support reference ac #1 - ah[protected] Support reference ac #2 - ah[protected] Not resolved yet!!! - 13/3/2018.. I am looking for refund, i fedup with customer support. I made 7-8 calls, nobody answer properly. I have call records. I purchased my ac but can't use it.
