Called whirlpool india, assigned a worker from authorised centre kool care services address: a-23, street 3, chander vihar, ip extension, delhi 110092. Next day after service the refrigerator stopped working. Calling the authorised centre since two days but they don't pick calls, assign worker who doesn't pick calls, when he picks after hours, he allots time but doesn't come home saying they don't have time and so it will be done next day. Next day they say we will send someone today at given time, again the person doesn't come and switches off his phone to avoid complaints. They keep on transferring the responsibility and nobody comes to check for the faults. Careless workers appointed at the authorised centre. Nobody takes the responsibility for any work. We gave so much money for exchanging some disfunctional parts but even then the fridge is not working. There should be strict action against the manager of the company for showing such irresponsible behavior towards consumer problems. Why do they even run a authorised centre if they don't have capability and capacity to handle complaints. We didn't delay in giving them money so why is the service denied??
