Firm Representative visited to my house within two days of registering of complaint and charged 480/-. He assured that defective part will be replaced at the earliest. I contacted to customer care and other numbers (([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) as under but no work has been done till date.

Updated by Tribhuwan Rao Complaint not rectified till date. It was telephonically intimated that technician will visit on Monday (28/06/21) for replacement of defective part but still not reached.

I thank to Whirlpool India for giving me call after so long period.

Anyone can imagine, how good service Whirlpool India is providing ????

Since date of complaint I observed that Customer Service of Whirlpool India is so worst. And I can not wait anymore for your technician.

My humble request is only one - "Please do not do false promise/Cheating with customers.

Complaint not rectified till date. It was telephonically intimated that technician will visit on Monday (28/06/21) for replacement of defective part but still not reached.

I thank to Whirlpool India for giving me call after so long period.

Anyone can imagine, how good service Whirlpool India is providing ????

Since date of complaint I observed that Customer Service of Whirlpool India is so worst. And I can not wait anymore for your technician.
