Whirlpool India — Complaint not resolved even after 30 days

We purchased whirlpool triple door refrigerator in august and it worked 15 days without issues, then started cool not coming.
Raised issue and closed in 5 days.
Again after 6 days got dame issue and closed it in 6 days.
Again after 10 days we got same issue again closed in 5 days.
Again got issue they visited after 5days and said can’t fix and requested for another ticket for replacement.

We raised TIR[protected] on November 23rd, 2022, after 33days they called me and said replacement rejected and then no response.
