Hello sir,
I took fridge whirlpool intellifresh 340 litre through 3A Electronics Agency Varanasi Cantt on 16 july 2022. After installation by your authorized dealer, I faced few problems like noise through compressor in my fridge and getting shock while touching the body of fridge. So, I complained regarding my problem to Whirlpool customer care. They sent a technician to survey my problem and he found the problem in my fridge. As my fridge was under warranty and replacement, so technician told us for replacement. My replacement product came on 8 August but we found numerous scratches over it's body and through its freezer foul smell was coming. That's why I contacted customer care to change this product again. He gave me number of my local Whirlpool service center operator namely Sonu Singh phone number. Today I went to his office to look for my replacement product, but we found it was the product I received last week. But when I told him so he started arguing with me and misbehaved with my wife. He even told us to get lost, is that the service you guys provide to us. We spent money for getting better product and your company say that if we have any problem we can get replacement within 15 days. So why we are suffering alot even paying our valuable money.
So it's my humble request to please consider my concern and take strict action against that person named Sonu Singh.
