My whirlpool top load washing machine is not working from past 15-20 days and complaint was lodged for the same. Assurance was given by your service providers that the problem will be resolved within two days but till date no such service is provided by your company. You are requested to solve the problem immediately or I'll be forced to take an action against your brand.My complaint was registered by my mobile no [protected]. I m sorry to say that such poor service is provided by your company. It has been approximately 1 month since the complaint has been registered but till date your company has not bothered to fix the problem.
