[Resolved] Whirlpool India — compressor out of stock from service provider - no care for the customer | |||
Hi team, I have logged my complaint on 2nd january as 1st january was holiday for the company. I am having cooling problem from 31st december. One of the service person came to see my fridge and detected problem with the compressor. They ordered a new compressor and they are asking for 4-5 days time to do the servicing. Please try to understand my situation and try to understand the urgency i have. It seems the local service provider does not even care for my concern. Please help to fix my problem asap.
