Whirlpool India — Defective Washing Not taken back

I bought a whirlpool washing machine through washing machine website, for my ailing mother.They supplied a defective product and not taking it back nor refunding the amount.

As I didnt get support from customer call wats app or chat

I sent inmail through linked in to CEO Mr.Narasimhan Eswar

I am a customer of Whirlpool.I bought a whirlpool washing machine in October 2023 through whirlpool online portal.But I was delivered a defective product.Despite of multiple attempts to connect through mail and customer care ...nothing has been done.Because of this my ailing mother suffered a lot We bought another one through amazon..that was also certified defective.We returned it but the whirlpool online portal refund has not been processed.Also the machine pickup was cancelled multiple times by the third party.I dont think my mail reached to you...please instruct your team for pick up of the damaged product and refund the full amount quickly.

Now it s already Dec 15th..2023...

I am amazed...how a CEO of a reputed company be silent on this...

AHB Mr.Narayana Reddy Vice President and Mr.Arvind Utpal, Chairman whirlpool India Blocked me in inmail

I am literally amazed at the response from the top leaders of whirlpool...

I contacted all of them only after numerous calls to customer care and wats app and chat

Whirl pool has to compensate for all harassment they have caused to my mother and me.

Readers pls advice me what may be the best course of action to get my issue sorted out...
