I am totally deceived by whirlpool service centre and their technician Mr. Rajesh. My product was delivered and and Mr. Rajesh came in for demo. He did not tell me anything and asked for getting g the tap fittings done. He took my signature on his receipt inadvertently saying he will come after the fittings and it was just for the visit. After that I called him and he gave me support number to register a complaint so that his route for the day can be made. I kept calling on the support number for hours. Finally someone picked up just to tell Mr. Rajesh is on leave today. I feel so cheated by this man and this company.
My product is not working and shuts off after 2 3 mins and has become a nuisance for me to deal with this service centre staff. They are not even responding to my calls now.
Pathetic experience with whirlpool. I can't keep taking leaves on working days for a dishwasher installation. Kindly send the technician today or else get the product returned.
This is very disturbing. For such a costly product there is no after sale service from such a prestigious company.
And an action may be taken against Mr. Rajesh ( Delhi service centre )for misguiding me for so long. Was this information helpful? |
