Regarding my mail sent on 02 Sep 2014 for PURAFIRST, still i am awaiting for any service from Whirlpool and this is worst experience for me and my family related to water purifier. Model no : 14900 Serial no :TWII34400578 Please exchange this product or give my money back, there are so many water filter providers in Market who can better take care of their customers.
