Freezer door of my fridge was broken from one and half month and after launching complaint one service person came on 16th june 2018. He took rs.350/- as service charge and told me next day he will fix the door. But till today they didn't give me the door. Every time i call they say there is no supply of that door. They should know that they have supply of the product or not before taking the service charge!
I called several times on the toll free no. Also. But they are giving me another no.[protected]. But no body receives the call.
My freezer door needed to be replaced asap otherwise they should refund the service charge. When i told that service guy that i going to complain at consumer complaint, he told me 'go ahead!'. Such arrogant and unprofessional behavior is not acceptable from whirlpool. Kindly take action.
