The refrigerator has been causing frequent troubles.
The refrigerator is not getting cooled.This is a double door refrigerator. The upper portion is getting cooled.
But the lower portion is not getting cooled.

We have already spent about have purchased whirlpool neo i chill - 292 litres sl no.[protected] about rs 7, 000/- approximately since we have purchased your refrigerator.

as the fridge is presently not working again
even after making so many repairs

The refrigerator is presently not working again.

The service is very bad.

We request you to kindly help us by either replacing
the old refrigerator with new refrigerator.

The agents here are informing us that they will
give a mere rupees one thousand for
replacement of the old refrigerator, if we
buy a new refrigerator.
