This is regarding hd[protected], hd[protected], hd[protected], hd[protected]& hd[protected]
These are the calls registered within a span of 3 months on a single machine
For hd[protected], your technician had replaced condensor, motor, pcb and belt on 19-june-19 but they hadn't given any receipt of change for motor and condensor.
For hd[protected], technician had replaced pcb and conveyed it would be replaced free of cost and had taken service charges
And now for hd[protected], technician had visited and saying that he needs to replace condenser, pcb and belt.
Which costs me around inr4500. And the service charges as usual
Pls confirm me why i should pay for the spares for every 3 months.
If that is the case we don't need whirlpool products as till today i had invested more than 7k inr only for your service in the span of three months
I would have invested the same amount in a laundry would haven't been more than 3k for the three months and they don't consume my electricity and water
Request you to consider my concern and carry on repair at your cost or else pls refund my machine cost and take this machine back to your premises or else pls replace the machine with a new one
Request you to pls consider my concern and revert back by tomorrow 11 am or else it may be considered that whirlpool is bluffing his customers legally.
