Dear sir / madam,
My whirlpool washing machine was not showing me the correct program function so i called the company technician to rectify the same... He suggested us to change the program panel which was changed 2 years back for the new machine... I asked him for any chances of repairing the panel to which he said "no"... He took a handsome amount of around 700 rs for the visit charges and left without doing anything... I called for the external repair technician and he made my machine work without replacement of panel...
My question is that is there really a expert technicians whirlpool is having or they are just to take exorbitant money from customer for unjustified reasons??? I am really disappointed with the customer service of whirlpool being a customer for more than 10 years with my family buying whirlpool products...
I assure you that i won't buy any whirlpool products in future and won't recommend it anyone...
