Worst!! Too much worst service#product
Number of many reminders, my issues is jot resolved.
Kindly note the below points--
1. I bought a refrigerator from your worst company then i face issues water leakaging and not freeing.
2.Numbers of many escalation, u have changed your faulty product with your faulty product.
3. I called your engineer your installmention of second faulty Refrigerator, he said your refrigerator is working well however i told that still i m facing same issue --no freezing
4. I thought it may issue due to hot weather but its december time issue is same..
No cooling#No freezing issues
5.for my awareness i called and condcut survey to get the information about timeline to get freezed ice then i came to know that it maximum 3 hours.
6.i called to Mr. Sudhir headoffice of gurgoan to inform my issue then he said impolitely have u raised company?
I think this should not have happened. If customer esacalted case to higher level he should not aware about hierarchy.
7. After too much frustration and being i called to customer care but jobody received my calls i think..it is in blacklist. I stayed on hold 30 min in between my hetice schedule8. l(screenshot attached)
8. At last i lodge complaints through whatsapp as all the employees are closed their ears to hear my voice..
Its my very very very agreesive and frustrated reminder.. Kindly arrange your technician i totally frustrated
Note my point--i will not repair it as i m facing same issue since installation.
