[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Improper working of refrigerator, bad response from customer services | |||||
I have bought a double doored whirlpool refrigerator named "neo i chill" its working improperly. once i have registered a complaint then whirlpool sent a technician he removed ice formed inside, and he said we will come again after 8 hours and we check that your problem solved or not, , but no one came again, , and we registered one more service, , but this time technician saying that "i dont wanna come, show whatever you can do" it is an example that how your services going really, , old service request id :HD[protected] new request : HD[protected], and your customer service employee lift the call and says wait for few days, , , that means days will go, , your problem solved whenever we want to do!!!???/ we are totally frustrated with your services, , i would like to file a complaint in consumer forum.
