Whirlpool India — loot made in the name of repairing washing machine

I purchased a washing machine, whirlpool make. For few days it worked perfectly fine. After sometime it suffered a problem and from there my agony of #harassment started. I made a complaint through customer care and a service engineer came to inspect the machine. The service engineer inspected the washing machine and told me that the spin motor is not working as it got short-circuited. For the correction of the fault, he recommended us to get the spin motor and drive assembly set changed. After replacing the parts he demonstrated me that the machine drier is now functional and working properly. For this i paid nearly half the amount of the new washing machine for spares and visit charge. After getting the machine repaired, i used it, but under load it failed to work. So, i again called customer care and explained the situation and got my complaint registered. Same service engineer came and told me that there may be some other problem and maybe we will have to change some other parts, as well. This was highly objectionable statement, so, i asked him that what kind of inspection did he performed on the very first day. To which he was unable to give a satisfactory answer. So, i again contacted the toll free number and registered my complaint.in response to this, another service engineer inspected the machine and told me that the spin motor got short-circuited but he will change it at no extra cost. And, he changed the spin motor. I asked this fellow that why this motor got short-circuited again, to which he was not sure and told me that may be due to loose fitting of the motor (For which he was not sure). But, when i used it again failed to work. So, again i called the customer care and informed the situation. Then, the same service engineer (Who has replaced the motor second time) inspected the machine. This time he told me that the spin motor is again short-circuited and is required to change. I again asked him that why this breakdown is taking place again and again. Now this time he told me that, it is because of the spin timer. And he will replace the spin motor at no extra cost but you will have to pay for the spin-timer and visit charge additionally. So, i wrote a detailed mail to the whirlpool customer service explaining the whole situation. After much persuasion and spending money i got the washing machine repaired. But, again after sometime same problem occurred and i went through same cumbersome exercise to get the machine repaired.

This is happening continuously to me at a regular interval for more than past one and half year. Every time a new service engineer makes a visit and recommends a new spare part replacement. Till date, i have spent more than the cost of new washing machine on spares & visit charges. Recently, the service engineer told me that this is a defective product so cannot be repaired, this will keep on failing. Afterwards, i am continuously trying to contact the service team of whirlpool india to get appropriate solution of the issue but to no avail. Service team though accepted in writing about their faulty service but not taking any measures to solve issue. I am asking them to kindly replace the defective product, but not getting any proper response. I asked the regional service manager to provide me the escalation matrix so, i can approach higher authorities to raise my issue, to which he denied. Under such given circumstances i am feeling cheated and harassed by whirlpool india. Therefore, prior going to consumer court, i am writing here to apprise the whirlpool corp. And india as well regarding cheating, harassment and faulty #customerservice catered by whirlpool india. Please tell me what should i do in the subject matter otherwise, please remove your punch line #carecounts.
