Whirlpool India — Missing Parts in Whirlpool AC Ordered

1. Branded installer never reached out to me after the delivery as is promised by your Brand Whirlpool along with Amazon.
2. Once I started a complaint with Amazon after multiple follow ups and calls with your Brand (Whirlpool) approved installer they came for installation.
3. On the day of the installation (and worth mentioning the exorbitant charges they demanded and leveraged our situation in making us pay them those rates) for the 3 ACs. Does Whirlpool have any checks and balances to make sure customers are nor getting cheated with overpriced installation rates?
4. They mentioned the problem with the 4th AC missing parts and suggested that as this happens very often from Whirlpool other customers pay additionally for the missing parts to them (the installers) to complete the installation. Worth mentioning they demanded an additional ₹3500 for the missing parts to which I objected and considered contacting you instead. I mentioned that I would like to hear from Whirlpool first on the resolution before getting the installation done for this problem AC .
Please note I also requested them multiple times to contact you from my place to describe the situation as they are your certified technicians and the problem will be better resolved if they call you and give you the exact details of the missing parts, also as a customer my expectation is if a brand certified technician is performing an installation they should be able to contact you and resolve any such issue and not me as a customer to reach out to you ( which I must say was a nightmare)
5. On this decision of mine the manager Hari Babu and his associate were infuriated and became abusive as I refused to get their solution before getting your feedback. They left and kind of warned us that they would not be able to do anything on the installation for the AC with missing parts once they left the site. Please note after this statement and aggressive behavior I had no option but to contact another local technician to get this done at my own expense. I literally had no choice as with the saga of channels, media and failed whatsapp service you have set up in place which does not work I lost my faith that this will ever get resolved.
6. Now once I was able to raise the flag with this complaint to bring this to your attention they showed up this morning mentioning they can do the installation, when I already got this done from another installer.

I want to make sure you have the entire correct history for your record.
As a Brand, how do you think you will compensate me as a customer is what I would like to hear. But I would definitely want you to respond.

This is a terrible overall experience with Whirlpool as a brand and I expect your response and necessary action for the situation that was created assuming you do care about your customers.
