Dear ma’am/sir,
I had bought a whirlpool fridge from amazon dated 05/08/2019 however this fridge has been a disastrous purchase since day 1.
1) firstly the fridge delivered did not have the chiller tray, thankfully this issue was resolved when amazon offered to reimburse it amount.
2) the fridge gave first problem within 3 months, complaint was made for non-cooling. Repeat complaint was made and the mechanic changed the compressor within 6 months of the purchase.
4) it’s not even an year and now it is again giving multiple problems – the top section with the icetray is giving voluble sound when operational. The lower most section where the vegetables are kept – generally all vegetables gets freezed. Water is released from the lower section of the fridge.
I am very unsatisfied with this purchase, a product with a warranty of many years is giving problems in its initial stage of purchase.
I have multiple electronic equipments in my house, but this fridge purchase has made me double think on purchasing electronic items on amazon and also of whirlpool brand.
This is highly unacceptable. Kindly take notice of the situation and either replace the fridge with a new one or kindly refund my amount.
