[Resolved] Whirlpool India — new air conditioner electrical panel got burst in smoke | |
On 03 Jul 19 nearly at 10:00 pm the right side electrical panel of the indoor unit of the AC got burst, heavy smoke was coming out of it. This was sudden and heavy. It could have been a fire hazard also. I registered a complain on their customer care no.[protected] at 08:06 am on 04 jul 19. My complaint number is CH[protected]. After passing 3 days and making 7 calls to their customer care there is no response from their side. No technician has arrived yet, and believe me i doubt that they even bother to come. Right now I am felling like I am grabbed by the WHIRLPOOL of pain & suffering which i purchased at a cost of 37999/- Was this information helpful? | |
