Sir/Madam,
I bought a 24000/- refrigerator but within 2 month it stops working and the family is forced to request the neighbours to keep the food items that need to be refrigerated in their refrigerator for 20+ days. And the neighbours now have offered their old refrigerator to us till the new one gets fixed (don't know whether they did it out of empathy or frustration).
The story goes like this.

German Steel) | B07NBZ43PH through amazon on 24/09/2022. My new refrigerator has not been working for 20+ days. The refrigerator stopped cooling and a service request was raised through whatsapp on 22 -Nov - 2022 with number MAD[protected], subsequently a technician visited on same day and informed that compressor is not working properly and hence the cooling is not happening. He said the compressor needs to be replaced and he will raise a request. I made further calls on the status (call logs are attached ) . He was assuring me that the compressor replacement request is raised and will be received in a few days. On 02/12/2022 i got his manager's number who never picked up the calls. Again finally on 09/12/2022 I called back the service technician who told me that he had no idea about the status of the replacement and asked me to raise a request.
So on 09/12/2022 I raised a service request again with ID MAD[protected] through the tollfree [protected] and explained the whole situation to one lady service executive who finally told me that the technician will visit within 2 hours. I received a call at around 4.30 pm from whirlpool office and they promised to send a technician right away, but so far no one has visited till now. Was this information helpful? |
