[Resolved] Whirlpool India — No response from service provider | |||
Dear whirlpool customer care, I am sridhar. H. R and my family has been a loyal whirlpool customer from past 15 years. We have purchased 2 washing machines & 2 refrigerators till now and have been spreading a positive word of mouth to others. But recently my trust on whirlpool was destroyed when our refrigerator was collecting water at the bottom. When we contacted the customer service, they sent mr. Fazal (Mob no:[protected]) from mission perfection (Really?) appliances services on 28.05.2016 who replaced the pcb costing rs.2, 341 and with service charge of rs.350 and totally charged us rs.2, 691 (Bill attached). But after few hours of replacing the pcb, the power in our house started tripping and we had to replace the elcb of our house costing rs.3, 500. We have been contacting him to check the refrigerator, but even after 6 days of persistent calling to him & customer care, he has not yet turned up. This has caused us huge inconvenience & our trust on whirlpool has been shattered. This mail is not just a complaint, but a regret for being a patron for a brand which leaves the customers' in a 'whirlpool' of problems. You leave me with no option other than seeking the help from consumer forums and in the worst case, consumer court. Never take the customers for a ride. Was this information helpful? | |||
