Whirlpool India — No-service on Faulty Washing Machine after Calling customer care for months

Hello, I am seeking help for my old parents as they are not getting any service to fix not functioning Washing Machine from last one month. They called the customer care in Siliguri, West Bengal to fix this issue but still the yare not fixing. This issue leads to mental pressure and physical exception's for my old parents.
