Hi, my whirlpool washing machine (Under amc) stopped working in a couple of weeks after replacing the motherboard. There was water leakage from the bottom just before the machine went dead. Immediately i lodged a complaint to the customer care on nov 2 and there after in a span of almost a month, 4 times service persons visited my apartment until they realised it was just a broken fuse. They replaced the fuse and charged rs 200 as fuse is not covered under amc. When i asked about the water leakage issue, the technician said it is rectified and subsequently, closed the case. But the same day, when i started using the machine, water started pouring out even more from the bottom... Again i called up the customer care the next day (23rd nov) and registered another complaint. The next day, the same technician visited and identified the issue and said, the spare is not available until next week. Since then, many people promised that technicians will come tomorrow, next day so on and so forth... Many days and weeks past, no response from whirlpool.
I request a refund for my amc.
