[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Not changing parts in warranty period | |||
Thanking for your co-operation. but do not solve the Problem. your service engineer call me & told him this Part is not under warranty you pay the charges and solve the Problem. but your company's warranty card mention the rules For your company. :woil's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to Repairing or providing replacement of any part (except Plastic parts such as the top, lid assembly, control Panel, window, knobs, escutcheon, cabinet, dispenser Assembly, drain hose, lint filter, castors/wheels/foot) of the Aid washing machine which thus proves defective within two Years from the date of original purchase. So please replacement the parts and wind up this Complain. either i go to the consumer court for this Problem. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
