Engineer visited. Told same that pcb is dead..
My dought came true.
How come your customer pay heafty amount of 3400/rs every 10 month.
I have stablizer and there was no moisture in pcb... No fault from customer end..
I have been customer of whirlpool since 14 years and i don't find any fault in other item.
This is fourth time i am bounded to change pcb..
Company should also take responsibility and should bear half of the pcb cost.
I am not being greedy.. Just jeniune. Engineer told me once pcb got changed he will let me know about driver assembly part..
If there is another part would faulty, i would pay complete payment. I am ready to do full payment for driver assembly if it is faulty.
But company should consider pcb cost.
