[Resolved] Whirlpool India — poor troubleshooting | |||
We purchased whirlpool intellisense double door refrigerator on 19th august 2018. Within 2 months of buying, there was an issue with excessive ice formation. On registering a complaint, service personnel attended and solved the issue. Since 1st may 2019, the issue reoccured and after several followup calls with authorize service centre, 3 people had attended the issue on different days but no one trouble shooted the issue and trying to blame the user saying the freezer door was not closed properly and thats the issue. It was a pathetic show by the so called service people who are not trained and dont even know what low-med-high cooling setting in the refrigerator mean. It is clearly evident that, they are not responding well in warranty period. Request concered to sort out this issue at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
