Whirlpool India — Problem not resolved but ticket got closed

I have raised a ticket on 14th january 2024 and till now I have not got any call or update regarding my problem and again I have raised a ticket then i came to knew that my ticket is already got closed without solving my problem they have closed my ticket and I have faced alot of problem. My ticket no. BHU[protected]
Very bad experience faced alot of problem
Solve my problem asap
I have raised a new ticket now
