I'm having a 360ltr refrigerator which is facing cooling problem. A technician visited 5 days ago and is asking for PCB replacement which he is saying is of 7000 rupees, but he is not ready to show us the GST bill or a proper price of the component, neither the customer support team is telling us the actual price of the product.
Is this a some kind of SCAM going on in Whirlpool, how can they keep customer in dark.
