[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Refrigerator freezer compartment developed cracks within the warranty, period requested for replacement | |||
I purchased 240 l protton (Alfa steel) model of whirlpool refrigerator from devatha dgitals, madanapalli, a. P. 517325. On 24/12/2015. Twenty days back it is observed that freezer compartment developed cracks. I made a complaint to the service center on 24/9/16 (Complaint no.[protected]), two technicians came to my house two days later and took a photo graph of the damaged part to send it to the company. They left without saying any thing. 10 days after again i made another complaint on 10/10/2016. (No. Gr[protected]). Some on called me over phone a day after and asked me to wait for some more days and not to post complaints to the company and assured me of replacement of the product. Till today i. E. 17/10/2016 no action taken. So kindly do the needful by for replacing the present refrigerator with a new one of the same model. Was this information helpful? | |||
