I have raised the complaint on 14july for the refrigrator issues. It was related to compressor issue.
I am following up daily but still after 15days, the problem has not been attended and resolved.
There is a limit to this, how many months do you require to fix the issue of compressor. This is the height of casualness and empathy to the customers.
Sometimes even customer care put the call on hold and disappears or nobody answer the call.
I request to please pay urgent attention to resolve the issue or else will try through consumer court.
