[Resolved] Whirlpool India — refrigerator leakage - raised 3 complaints in 1 months time | |
We raised complaints for leakage in my double refrigerator. Some engineer came and told me that board should be replaced. I asked to do it. He said i will bring and fix it. He came after 2 days and fixed some thing. I believed him and didnt check that he is fixing some old used part or new one. After fixing he said now it will work and ask to pay 2700 inr and said it's 3 months warranty. I paid and after one week again the same leakage started. I again called that guy he didnt pick, so again raised a complaint. Same guy came again and said that it's under warranty i will change it again. He said that it will take some time to get that part. We said okay. Again after one week he didnt come. I called him again he said i will come. He came again and did some thing and asked to keep refrigerator off for 24hrs. We did like that. Leakage stopped for 3-4 days and again started. I again raised the complaint. Nothing happened. Same guy called and told that some senior technician will come, But it seems that those guys are waiting for 3 months to be over and charge me again. But we are going through tough time and all thing are getting spoiled in refrigerator. After sales service of whirlpool is pathetic. I will not recommend anyone to invest your hard earned money in this pathetic company. Complaint numbers: Bg[protected] Bg[protected] 3 more complaint are there through their online portal. Nov 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved finally they resolved it. They must train their technician more efficiently.
I suffered nearly 4 month for one small issue Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
