1 year before i purchased a 3 door refrigerator and now no cooling when i complaint on 15th may to customer care they send your contract 7 star person for repair were they visited and showed there face and gone back without repairing and he said another person will come to repair, again another person came today on 16 may and he told the compressor is dead and whole system is dead due to company technical problem. As it is company fault and its under warrenty i demand for replacement as soon as possible this is summer time understand the problem. Your customer care people is really bad not responding properly.
